Opening an account on jitalive is quick and easy. On the registration page Enter your mobile number or email address, set a strong password, and verify with the OTP sent to your phone. Your account will be ready in just 3 minutes and you can start betting right away. If you have a referral code, you can enter it during registration.
Each person may register only one account.

On the login page Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP, then set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes, and you can log back into jitalive immediately after.

After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, your jitalive account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Simply try again after 30 minutes. If you need urgent access, contact our 24/7 live chat support — once your identity is verified, the support team will unlock your account.

Yes, you can update your email address, mobile number, and password from Account Settings. To change your registered name, please contact support. An OTP verification is required for any account changes for your security.

Betting Rules

jitalive uses decimal odds. To calculate your potential return: stake × odds = total payout. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.5 returns ৳250 if you win (profit of ৳150). Higher odds mean higher risk, but a bigger payout.
